BEETY BERRY



This vibrant smoothie tastes fantastic after a run or work out. The protein combined with super antioxidants is perfect to heal, replenish and fight off any winter allergies or bugs. It is also strong in vitamins C, E, K, calcium and potassium.

INGREDIENTS:
1x Beetroot
2x Broccolli florets
1x Banana
50g Spinach
50g Blueberries
1x scoop Vegan protein mix
2x tsp Maltodextrin 
2x tsp Super green powder
50ml Red Grape juice
50ml Apple juice
20ml Water

(No Sugar No grain/Low Carbohydrate followers remove the banana and grape juice)

METHOD:
Add the powders, broccoli, beetroot and banana to a blender. Top with the juice and water. Then add the spinach and blueberries. Blitz on a high/pulse setting until thoroughly blended smooth and purple in colour.
