Kick start your New Year's Day for a newer healthier 2013 with this protein, nutrient rich, green smoothie!
Ingredients:
3x small or 2x large Bananas

1x Beetroot
2x Broccoli florets
1x small Avocado
50g Spinach
50g Spring greens
2x tsps Chia seeds
2x tsps SuperGreen powder
50ml Grape juice
50ml Apple juice
50ml Water
Method: Add chopped bananas, broccoli florets, beetroot and avocado into a blender. Add the powder, seeds and then the liquid. Top with the spring greens and spinach. Blend on high or pulse setting until all the greens are smooth and creamy in texture.
