This is a great wake up smoothie that has detoxing qualities
to help cleanse and feed your body with all the essential nutrients and
vitamins to kick start your day! This is great first thing or after your
morning cardiovascular exercise. The bananas and red pepper give enough
sweetness to make a pleasant tasting veggie smoothie for first timers.
Red pepper is a low calorie, low in saturated fat, low
cholesterol, sweet vegetable. It is full of antioxidants and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
1x Red Pepper
3x Bananas small/medium
5x Broccoli florets
50g Spinach
2x tsp Super Green powder
1x Beetroot
150ml Water

Method: Add the chopped bananas, pepper, beetroot and
broccoli to a blender. Top with the water, then add the green powder and
spinach. Blend on high or pulse until thoroughly smooth.
